My Dear Grandpa

From early in the morning
Until I go to sleep each day
I know my grandpa loves me
In a very special way

Sometimes it’s milk in a mug
Or just a walk in the park
Sometimes it’s just a hug
When I’m scared in the dark

You take me everyday to school
Or when I am bored to the pool
I love to hear your stories
About the past and when you were merry

All I know dear grandpa
You heart is filled for me
With never ending love
About you and me
