My Friend Fido

Fido is a mighty beast
Who does not roll or sit
He hated walking on leash
Because his collar would not fit

He never learned to heel
Or do anything on my command
I tried many times to make him kneel
But it doesn’t go as planned

Turns out I have a made a mistake
The house was once tidy
Now everyday I hear something break
And I pray to God Almighty

But whatever is the case
We are together till the end
He always licks my face
Because he is my best friend
