Teacher Took My iPad

My teacher took my iPad
said she had a rule
I couldn’t bring to class
or even to school

She said she would return it
later in the day
But she tried the headphone
and in mistake clicked on play

She looked a little startled
but after playing for a while
She made sure we were occupied
and gave me a smile

Her body started to sway
her toes began to tap
She soon was grooving in her seat
and rocking to my rap

My teacher changed her mind
She said it is now okay
to bring my iPad to class
She listens now to my songs everyday
