A Trip to Goa – Essay
Me and my parents visited Goa recently in July 2025.I had visited Goa before this two times ,but this time monsoon makes my trip very memorable. We had visited Goa for 4 days and left memories in my mind for whole of my life.
DAY – 1
We had booked flight from Ahmedabad to Goa in morning at 10:50 am , So First in our city we booked our taxi and went to the airport. Then we wait 2 hours for our flight Akasha air. Then our flight turned 2 rounds and go up. I was very excited to go up and feel very happy too. Then I read a story book in flight. We reached at goa at 1 pm at Mopa airport and took taxi for Calangute beach because we had booked apartment “The Kays Calangute” at the same beach. Then after taking lunch and fresh at our apartment we went to Calangute beach which was at 5 mins walking distance from out apartment. I enjoyed a lot at beach with waves and took some toys also from beach. Slowly rain was there that made atmosphere very amazing. After spending 3-4 hours at beach we returned to our hotel. On the way we also buy new dresses for the next days.
DAY – 2
We wake up at early morning and had breakfast, then me and my daddy had lots of fun at swimming pool. At 12 pm we were ready to went outside .We had took 2-wheeler on rent and went to Besilica Church, biggest and 16th centry church located at old Goa. There was mummy of their saint and museum at the church. Really it was very beautiful architecture of the church. We had purchased Kaju from old Panji market. Then we went to Lady of the Immaculate Conception & Pautogin street-where old colourful houses made street beautiful and at walk some distance then I Saw a snail’s little baby .Then we go to Calangute beach again. Then it rained on the place. Then we came to hotel and take some bath. My mother make pasta and Kinchi for us. Kimchi is so spicy also and pasta is sweet Then we take some rest.
DAY – 3
We started our day with shopping and then we went to Aguda Jail.Really clouds and little rain make that place heaven. We just sat near beach of jail for half hour where I saw crabs and fishes,dolphin,baby lizard at the beach.Than we had take ticket for the jail museum which is just start from 2-3 years.It was a very big museum and we had explore jail,goa’s history,freedom fighter,rain dog gallery there. Then we explored light house and Aguad fort.After than we visited Siquirrium beach which was the lower part of aguda fort.I saw how to catch fishes at that beach.Than we went to Candolim beach which was very beautiful. We enjoyed a very beautiful sunset evening at the beach. My eyes were event forgot to blink after watching such a beautiful nature.
DAY – 4
Today is the last day at Goa. We packed up our luggage and kept at the reception. Than we first went to Vagator beach having losts of big stones and black sand than by walk went to lesser known beach mini vagator where there was a big stone like human face. After than we visited Anjuna beach but because of heavy rainfall we cant stay at beach for a longer period and return to Calangute beach and spend 2-3 hours at Calangute beach. Than we had booked taxi and went to Dabolim airport at 8pm.Now it was time to say Goa Good Bye…
Good bye Goa.4 days passed away and I don’t want to come back to home because Black clouds, Little rain, sandy beach, my toys and sea waves calling me..But Finally I left Goa at 9:30 pm with giving promise to my self that I will come back soon to Goa again to meet coconut trees, calm wind, sea waves and sandy beach..See you soon…..
