Christmas Poem
Christmas lies around the corner,
With the stars shining bright
Now there is the time of the year,
Of wonders and delight
Decorations on our walls
And here in Christmas, snow it falls,
The breezy wind, oh how it blew,
Merry Christmas to you!
Ornaments up on our tree,
Now it is, we smile with glee,
Red and white comes Santa Claus,
Loud cheers and applause
He comes flying down in a sleigh,
Down the chimney, hip, hip, hooray!
While all of us snore through this night,
Of wonders and delight
In the morning, tear open our gifts,
Adrenaline takes a hearty lift,
Donations go to charity
Now’s the time to be happy
Christmas lies around the corner,
With the stars shining bright
Now there is the time of the year,
Of wonders and delight
