My Experience of Watching the IPL 2026 Final Live

The IPL 2026 Final was the most exciting and unforgettable day of my life. I was lucky enough to watch the match live in the Narendra Modi stadium with my father. Even though we stay in Ahmedabad, my favourite team is RCB and my favourite cricketer has always been Virat Kohli. Watching him play right in front of my eyes was my dream.

We reached the stadium several hours before the match started. Even outside the stadium there was so much excitement. Everyone were wearing jerseys, waving flags nd taking photos. As we walked to our seats, I felt butterflies in my stomach. I was excited but also nervous because I really wanted RCB to win.

When the players came onto the field, the entire stadium erupted with cheers. The noise was so loud that I could hardly hear my father speaking. Then came the moment I had been waiting for. Virat Kohli walked onto the field. The crowd stood up and started cheering. I shouted his name as loudly as I could. For years I had watched him on television but seeing him in real life was completely different. I could not stop smiling.

he match itself was very exciting. Gujarat Titans got off to a poor start as they lost important wickets early in their innings. When Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan were dismissed, the RCB fans in the stadium went wild with excitement. GT struggled to build partnerships and could only manage a target of 156 runs.

During the chase RCB batted sensibly but all eyes were on Virat Kohli. He looked calm and confident from the very beginning. Even when wickets fell at the other end, he stayed focused and guided the team closer to victory. Every run he scored made the crowd cheer louder.

The best moment came at the end when Virat Kohli when he smashed a huge six to finish the match. RCB won their second consecutive IPL title. The entire stadium erupted with joy, and I screamed so loudly that my throat hurt. Watching my favourite player remain unbeaten on 75 and hit the winning six was a moment I will never forget.

As fireworks lit up the sky and the players celebrated on the field, I knew I was witnessing a historic moment. I took lots of pictures and videos, but the memories in my heart are even more precious.

That night, while returning home, I could not stop talking about the match. It was not just a cricket game for me. It was a day filled with excitement, hope, happiness and inspiration. Watching Virat Kohli and seeing RCB win the IPL 2026 Final live was truly a dream come true.

I will remember this magical day for the rest of my life.
