The Ghost
Once upon a time, there was a small village surrounded by dense forests. The villagers lived a peaceful life, but they were always afraid of one thing, the old, abandoned house on the outskirts of the village. It was said that the house was haunted by the ghost of a woman who had died there many years ago.
One day, a curious young boy named Kamnam decided to explore the house. He entered the house and began to wander through its dusty halls. Suddenly, he heard a strange noise coming from one of the rooms. He was scared but then decided to enter the room. To his surprise, he saw the ghost of the woman, floating in the air and staring straight at him with a sad expression on her face.
The ghost beckoned to Kamnam, as if she wanted to say something. Kamnam was frightened at first, but he was also curious, so he approached the ghost. She began to speak in a soft, haunting voice, telling Kamnam that she was unable to rest in peace because she had left something very important behind. She asked Kamnam if he would help her find it.
Without hesitation, Kamnam agreed to help the ghost. He searched the house and found a small box hidden in a corner. The ghost thanked him and explained that the box contained all of her most precious memories and that she could now finally rest in peace.
As the ghost disappeared, Kamnam felt a strange sense of pride and satisfaction. He had helped a ghost find peace and, in doing so, he had learned that there was nothing to be afraid of. From that day on, the abandoned house was no longer considered haunted and the villagers no longer feared it.
