Sharing Is Caring
In Mumbai, a busy city, there was a boy named Raghav who was a single child. He didn’t have any friends or siblings. He always feels lonely and sad.
One day he went to his grandpa’s house for a vacation. His grandpa noticed he is picking up fights easily. He soon spoke to Raghav’s mother. His mother said she is feeling worried about Raghav’s behavior. His grandpa thought of buying a pet, but his mother told pets are not allowed in her apartments.
His grandpa suggested Raghav to keep a bowl of water in the balcony. Raghav started keeping a bowl of water angrily. He thought no birds will come but surprisingly a bird came to his balcony to drink some water. He was happy to see a bird drinking water. Then soon many birds started coming.
After a few days Raghav started giving grains, millets like that. He also helped birds which got hurt by other birds. One day he saw a monkey in the morning. He thought it wouldn’t do anything but it took some of the millets and grains. Raghav rushed to the monkey and chased it away to get the grains and millets. But he couldn’t catch the monkey.
For a few months the monkey didn’t come. Raghav saw the monkey again but this time he was prepared, he called grandpa!! He told not to chase the monkey away. Because it had a baby chick said grandpa. Raghav said grandpa it’s not looking like a baby chick; it looks like a baby monkey. Grandpa told it’s a baby of a kingfisher.
Raghav felt bad for chasing the innocent monkey away.
